Ashley Martof
My name is Ashley Martof, I am a senior at Youngstown State University majoring in Industrial & Systems Engineering and minoring in mathematics. I currently have an internship at America Makes, the national additive manufacturing innovation institute (NAMII) located in Youngstown, Ohio. My position is Workforce and Educational Outreach, which ties in my love for engineering and teaching. Additive Manufacturing, more commonly known as 3D printing, caught my eye over a year ago and since then I fell in love with the technology. This technology is on the way to changing the world and I am excited to be a part of it. At YSU I am the President of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and Tau Beta Pi, and the Vice President of the Society of Women Engineers. I also belong to the Choose Ohio First Scholarship Program, STEM leadership Society, the Emerging Leaders Program and Alpha Lambda Delta. Outside of college I am the youth director of the First Presbyterian Church in Niles. Volunteering is one of my passions and helping out the community and my church is one of my favorite hobbies.

Danielle Strong
Danielle Strong is a Youngstown State University Graduate student pursuing a Master's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. She graduated in May 2015 with a Bachelor's degree also in Industrial and Systems Engineering. She joined the Master's program immediately after graduation and began her research in August 2015. Her research focuses on Hybrid (Additive and Subtractive) Manufacturing Optimization and Supply Chains. During her time at Youngstown State, she has been involved with the YSU Honors Program, Institute of Industrial Engineers, Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Society and STEM Leadership Society.
Elizabeth Urig
Elizabeth Urig is an undergraduate research assistant working on the Maturation of Advanced Manufacturing for Low Cost Sustainment (MAMLCS) project. She has previously interned at NASA Langley Research Center working on Electron Beam Welding and worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Mechanical Engineering Department. Her work for the MAMLCS project includes a reverse-engineered yolk cover, an avionics GPS mount design, and the mapping of internal strain in FDM printed parts.

Michael Juhasz
I am a second-year master’s student in Mechanical Engineering. Previously, I received both of my Bachelors’ of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics at Youngstown State University in 2012. After which I was in industry at a machine tool manufacturer for a year before coming back to YSU. I am currently working on additively-manufactured satellite thermal control systems. My research interests are in numerical optimization (specifically topological and shape optimization, and free boundary problems), and numerical simulation and modelling.
Alexander Fitzgerald
From Warren Ohio, currently a Jr studying mechanical engineering. Involved in or have been involved in ASME, Choose Ohio First Program, Baja team, intramural sports and Northeast Ohio Double A baseball. Started working as a Launch Lab assistant and now currently a Research assistant for the MAMLCS team.
